Refund & Return Policy
At PlayOn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please contact us at info@playon.co.za before returning any items. We will provide you with the return instructions and delivery address.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, contact us at info@playon.co.za.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-refundable”
